Fight depression: Do better and be better

Charge yourself up! Look in the mirror and begin with an “I love you”. In today’s world of negativity it is easy to fall in the pit of depression and in light of World Suicide Prevention Day, today is the day when you need to stop and realise you are worth more than you think. Those words that cut you so deeply will heal, and those tears you shed can be turned into a smile.

REMEMBER: You’re still here, you get another chance today to do better and be better!

Take back control of your life and remember:
