Increase your hair growth with rice water

Ever wondered how does an Asian woman’s hair look so strong and healthy? Asia’s best-kept secret for healthy has been revealed and is taking the internet by storm. This recipe was first used by the noble women of the Japenese Imperial Court in 800 AD, an era where women were known for the beautiful long luscious locks as a trend.

The secret is the usage of rice water which is now being used by many women all ethnicities around the globe. Rice contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids which are essential for beautiful skin, including ferulic acid, which is a great antioxidant, and allantoin, known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Here’s all that you need to do:

Wash a cup of rice in clean water at room temperature to remove any impurities.
Then place it in a bowl of water to soak for 30 minutes. When the water changes into a milky colour, strain it into a cup then allow to cool for 5 minutes then place the rice water into a clean spray bottle. It is now ready to use.

In addition to this, rice water is also excellent for the skin as well as it contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids which are essential for beautiful skin, including ferulic acid, which is a great antioxidant, and allantoin, known for its anti-inflammatory properties. This works using the method to make rice water.
